Sleep Stack for Restorative Nights
Here’s what I currently take before bed:
- 3g Glycine – Calms the nervous system and shortens time to sleep onset.
- 1mg Melatonin – Low dose for circadian rhythm support.
- 25mg Diphenhydramine – Occasional use to aid sleep (antihistamine).
- Magnesium Glycinate – Muscle relaxation and mood balance.
This combination has helped me fall asleep faster and wake up less groggy. I may adjust the timing or drop the diphenhydramine depending on how consistent my sleep gets.
